Shopping ListSweet Potatoes
Chicken Breasts or tenders
French Cut Green Beans
1 pkg of Good seasonings Italian dressing powder mix
Then it goes like this...
- Prep by Peeling then slicing sweet potatoes into quarter inch slices
- Heat pressure pan with 1 T of olive oil at bottom
- Once pan is hot, place chicken tenders or breast along bottom of the pan and layer like this....
- Chicken
- Some seasoning
- sweet potatoes
- some seasoning
- Green Beans
- rest of seasoning
- Place lid on and build to full pressure.
- If chicken was frozen cook 8min for tenders 10 min for breasts. If chicken was thawed cook 5 min for tenders and 8 for breasts
- When time is up let pressure release naturally
Then once its released feel free to FEAST!
This meal is SUPER healthy and makes fabulous leftovers!
